While I may not celebrate the religious aspect of Christmas itself, I do appreciate and enjoy the general festive cheer that the holiday brings to the whole month of December. Part of this holiday feeling comes from the decorations that go up everywhere, and Orchard Road and the malls that line it do very well every year. Wandering along the road and through the malls is a must.
In addition to that, I also spent some time at the Christmas Wonderland at Gardens By The Bay, which also had beautiful lights up, an air-conditioned ice rink, and a fairly good re-creation of the Christmas Markets that one might find in Europe, minus the cold weather.
Here are a few photos that I took while I went for a wander through both places (Though I didn't stay long because of the crowds):
