As I only covered Manhattan on my first trip to New York city, a large portion of this trip was dedicated to spending time in the borough of Brooklyn. But as Brooklyn covers a very large area by itself, I wasn't able to explore all of it, instead keeping to the neighbourhoods close to where I was staying (Downtown Brooklyn), or where my where my sister, whom I was visiting, was located (Williamsburg). That being said, I did cover a fair range of areas, and as such, have decided to split my time in Brooklyn over several posts. This first post will cover Williamsburg.

Extending from the East River in the northern part of Brooklyn, Williamsburg is a fairly large, gentrified neighbourhood full of interesting cafes with great food, and my explorations took me through a number of them over several days. Below are some photos from my time spent in the neighbourhood (Most of them food related, unsurprisingly). Enjoy!
